Shipping / Insurance / Returns
At this point we are only able to ship domestically.
Shipping costs are based on weight and insurance with 6% sales tax added for all Michigan sales.
In stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Custom item delivery times will vary depending on the piece and production work required. An estimate of the time frame will be given when the order is placed.
All custom orders need to be ordered through email@example.com.
The full purchase price is charged when items are ordered.
Collected data will only be used for internal purposes. We will never sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties.
All items are shipped with insurance for their value. For items of $50.00 or less, the insurance cost is included in the flat rate shipping fee of $6.80. For items costing more than $50.00, there will be an additional insurance charge that will be automatically applied to your order.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing address.
Items returned need to be in “like new” condition and sent via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. Items need to be insured for the full retail price. Items also need to be sent in a padded envelope or heavy cardboard box.
Be sure to include the buyer’s name ( as it appears on the credit card used ). Also remember to include the order number.
Customers are responsible for cost of shipping and insurance of returned or exchanged items unless your refund or exchange is a result of our error. Refunds are issued on purchasing credit card.
